- Changed Job wait semantics so a foreground timeout leaves committed work queued or running for later status checks, while an explicit abort issues a best-effort cancellation even when it races Job submission.
- Made queued Jobs survive Worker restarts, marked interrupted in-flight work with an explicit failure state, and propagated cancellation through Agent providers and tool execution.
- Expanded Native Worker verification around durable Jobs, split IPC, message windowing, and sub-agent history persistence.
