Added a Native Worker per-tool durable journal (runtime_tool_results, 3-day retention) written on the emit path the instant a tool finishes, exposed as agent/tool-results-lookup, so a tool_result that never reached the messages table is recovered from disk.

Renderer persists the assistant row and its tool_result at every tool boundary instead of waiting for the 30s streaming checkpoint or run end, writing the assistant row first so an interrupted write leaves a healable dangling tool_use rather than an orphan tool_result.
Hosted sessions snapshot their canonical history after each fully answered tool batch instead of only at loop end, so an interrupted turn does not roll back past tools that already ran.
Dangling-tool_use healing and Continue consult the Worker journal before falling back to the in-memory tool-call cache, which is empty after a restart.

Fixed a finished tool being silently re-executed on the next turn after a crash, app kill, or worker recycle mid-turn: its unpaired tool_use was stripped from provider input, so the model forgot the call happened and re-ran it — worst case replaying a long sub-agent Task from scratch.
Fixed sub-agent and context-compression child runs overwriting the parent hosted session's history, which they could do because they borrow the parent sessionId while owning an unrelated conversation.
