- Hardened tracked-change rollback in Native Worker: symbolic-link paths are skipped to protect their targets, and the current file state is validated against the tracked post-edit hash so external modifications are never overwritten.
- Detected OpenAI Responses WebSocket transport-unavailable errors and surfaced them as explicit exceptions instead of silent stream failure.
