Added RTL_TCP as a source, added MQTT support (structure identical to RDZ_TTGO - compatible), added connection statuses for all servers (APRS, APRS2, and MQTT), new layout, sending the last packet to the APRS server if there is no reception within 10 seconds, if the decoder is stopped, or if there is a new Payload ID, while maintaining the minimum altitude transmission restriction if specified.
