Frame v0.2.0-beta.4

Beta release improving hardware encoder support and streamlining the user interface.

New Features

• Hardware Acceleration UX: Added dedicated quality slider (1-100) for Hardware Encoders (VideoToolbox, NVENC) with correct native quality flag mapping (-q:v, -cq:v) instead of CRF
• Smart Codec Filtering: Application now intelligently hides hardware codecs not supported by the user's operating system (e.g., NVENC is hidden on macOS)

Changes

• Estimation Removal: Removed estimated output size panel to prioritize UI simplicity and accuracy over potentially misleading predictions, especially given the complexity of hardware encoding
