dmap

• added hmap functionality into dmap. Thus, dmap can now alias all 45Drives server products including hybrid systems.

lsdev

• lsdev has been updated to display drive information based on its physical location within the server.

server_identifier

• Automatically identifies your 45Drives server model and stores this meta data in /etc/server_info/server_info.json.
• This is called by dmap automatically, and will create backups of past hardware configurations in the event that the hardware configuration has changed.
