Changes:
- Support for GreenLuma 1.8.0+'s AppList.ini format: generating and importing an AppList now uses the ini workflow on 1.8.0+ and falls back to the legacy per-file .txt method on older installs.
- Setting to disable the GreenLuma version/outdated notice in the status bar.
- Relicensed from MIT to the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0.
- Bumped the known-latest GreenLuma version to 1.8.0.
- Bumped AppListLimit to 149.
- Made GreenLuma DLL/version detection deterministic when multiple DLLs are present.
- Fixed a race where launching GreenLuma could proceed before AppList generation actually finished.
- Fixed CI: setup-dotnet caching required a lock file this project doesn't have.
