What's Changed

• Add sensible user defaults for new installs such as: Recording ON, Object Detection ON, Object Snapshots ON, go2rtc restreaming ON. See #7 and https://docs.fregata.app/getting-started/first-camera/#your-config-file-explained for details
• Make update check fire in the first 5 minutes after startup, then every 24 hours, instead of 24 hours after startup
• Add crash telemetry so we have slightly more data when Fregata crashes and can fix bugs
