0.44.2: Find legacy wireless radios on RouterOS 7.13+
Since RouterOS 7.13 the /interface/wifi menu is in the base system on every
device (CAPsMAN is built in), so it answers even when the radios are on the
legacy wireless package. The package check asked /interface/wifi first and
stopped there, so a hAP ac² on 7.23.2 with the wireless package showed no
radios, and its wireless clients were read from the wrong table.
- Check both menus and use the one that lists radios; without radios the
built-in wifi menu still marks a possible CAPsMAN controller - Every device's Wi-Fi role is checked again once
- Docs: wireless (how radios are found)
