0.43.0: Add devices over SSH while the API is off (#174)
- Add Device "The API isn't enabled on this device yet" checkbox and an
ssh_only CSV column: tries the API briefly, else logs in over SSH, reads
identity/model/version/serial (duplicate detection still works) and pins
the SSH host key. One login is used for SSH and tried on the API later. - SSH-only devices: polled over SSH every minute for status and details;
bulk commands, templates, terminal, backups and config history work.
API features refuse with a clear message; fleet-wide API loops skip them. - The API is retried every minute (15 after a refused login); when it
answers the device becomes ordinary (API-SSL preferred, cert pinned,
full sync, event). Check API button and POST /devices/:id/check-api. - Bulk commands with Change Guard fail on SSH-only devices with a plain
reason; the form warns first. - Device page banner, SSH ONLY in the list with a filter, Edit Device note.
- Docs: devices (SSH only), commands, api
