Security page: every card full width; long lists scroll inside their card (v0.39.2)
The Certificates table sat in a third of the page, crushing its columns,
and Common Findings wrapped to a row of its own with a gap beside it.
Every card is now the full width, one per row, and Common Findings
titles wrap instead of being cut off.
Lists that grow with the fleet are capped and scroll inside their card:
posture and common findings (560 px), certificates (480 px, header kept
in view), the API-SSL "show all" list and an opened RouterOS version
(420 px, its devices 120 px). CertificateList takes an optional
maxHeight; the device page's Security tab is unchanged.
Checked at the real fleet and at 300 simulated devices (the posture list
stopped at 560 px; 17,000 px of certificate rows scrolled inside 480 px
with the header pinned).
