One filter bar for Devices, Clients and Backups; Backups paging; static leases; small fixes (v0.29.0)
#222, #217: the Devices filter bar is a shared component, used on
Devices, Clients and Backups. Clients gains a device filter, online/all
as a filter, and Purge stale, Refresh and the refresh interval beside
the title.
#221: Backups shows 100 to a page. The list API takes optional limit
(up to 500) and offset with the total in X-Total-Count; without a limit
it returns everything, as before.
#229: the DHCP page lists IPv4 static leases only, where reservations
are still added and removed; dynamic leases are on Clients.
#212: partial counts (8/9 up) are amber on the services overview.
#218: device picker site headers scroll instead of sticking over rows.
#220: Firmware shows device type in its own column. #223: captions for
the config_drift and firmware_update_available alert rules. #225: the
"Config Templates (moved)" settings pane is gone.
