Network Services overview, WireGuard cards, device picker, clock-change noise, SSH key cleanup (v0.28.0)
#212: the Network Services overview is a full-page table: searchable,
sortable by any service, with type badges, tags, on/off indicators, and
rows that open the device. The count cards are gone.
#209: WireGuard shows a card per device in the site instead of a device
selector; devices without WireGuard are listed with a way to add one.
#218: one device picker for maintenance windows and bulk commands,
grouped by site with a select-all per site, type badges, tags and search.
#219: Backups shows each device's type and tags; a backup with secrets
is marked by a green lock beside the checkbox instead of a badge in Type.
#211: DHCP sections are plain cards; each lease list shows the first 100.
#217: one style for the primary text in table rows, shared across tables.
#213: RouterOS tags "ntp change time" critical, so clock adjustments were
stored as errors and raised the device-log alert. They're stored as info
and hidden from Events (and its error count) unless asked for.
#214: installing an SSH key left RouterOS logging "executing script from
sshd failed ... no such item": RouterOS deletes the key file itself on
import, and the clean-up removed it unconditionally.
#215: Snooze dims only the insight being snoozed. #210: logging rules use
the same power toggle as WireGuard.
Also shared: tag chips and the sortable column header.
