Upgrade history page, list editor, WireGuard peer fixes, shared type badge (v0.27.0)
#206: the WireGuard peer form reads RouterOS's keepalive duration ("25s",
"1m30s") as seconds instead of showing an empty box, and sends 0 to turn
it off, since RouterOS rejects an empty value. Editing a peer without an
endpoint also failed: an empty endpoint port is refused, so 0 is sent.
#202: rollout history has its own page under Firmware, newest first, 25
to a page; the Firmware page keeps the latest five. The rollouts endpoint
takes limit and offset and returns the total in X-Total-Count, with the
response body unchanged.
#204: up-to-date devices are hidden on the Firmware page by default,
behind a remembered "Show up-to-date" toggle.
#203: one device-type badge shared by Devices, Firmware and Dashboard;
the dashboard tiles labelled any device that wasn't an AP or router "SW".
#207: a list editor (one entry per chip, Enter/comma/paste to add,
invalid entries flagged) for WireGuard peer allowed addresses and IP
service allowed addresses.
