Traffic: no site filter for whole-fleet selections; pushdown-friendly device filter (v0.24.48)
Hotfix for a 0.24.47 regression, on top of PR #179 (thanhtrung5763), which
replaced contains() in the Traffic site filter with == ... or ..., so
InfluxDB can push it down (about 500 ms -> 3 ms on a 30-day query here; long
ranges could time out and show the "Set up NetFlow" prompt).
- A site selection that contains every device is the whole fleet, so Traffic
applies no site filter. That is always true on a single-site install, where
the filter hid all traffic recorded before 0.24.47 (which has no site). - The per-client graphs' device filter uses == ... or ... too.
