v0.24.40-beta: RSA SSH keys for RouterOS before 7.12, safer property names in edits

SSH keys: RouterOS only accepts Ed25519 user keys from 7.12. Older
releases (all of v6) import one and then refuse to log in with it,
which a v6.49.22 user hit ("installed but would not authenticate").
Devices older than 7.12, or of unknown version, now get a 3072-bit
RSA key; 7.12 and later keep Ed25519.
DeviceCollector.setItem accepts only RouterOS-shaped property names
and builds its words as entries (CodeQL js/remote-property-injection).
