Optimisation of menu scrolling by patching pygame-menu. Speeds up the large game list making it operate normally.
Reorder arcade game list, positioning originals (DK, DK Jr, DK 3) at the top.
Add "DKAFE Theme" to the playlist.
Minor tweaks to allow DKAFE to run on Linux. Tested on Ubuntu.
