1.录屏新增 MP4 格式，直接录制 H.264 视频，可设置帧率和码率，支持暂停/继续，可录系统声音和鼠标指针（感谢 @LowValueTarget777 贡献）。
2.长截图由滚轮监听改为画面监测，拖动窗口、拖滚动条、拖动内容、键盘翻页都能接上；「手动截图」按钮和「滚动后的截图等待时间」设置已移除。
改进
截图工具栏和工具面板换成新的样式
GIF 导出改用并行量化和带容差的帧差分，速度更快。
新增设置「OCR 结果窗口位置」，可选所在显示器中间、主显示器中间、识别区域旁边、鼠标旁边、上次位置。

修复
修复长截图停下后才加载出来的内容没有补进长图的问题。
修复设置的导出和导入没有带上截图工具栏按钮显隐与顺序的问题。
修复托盘菜单、钉图右键菜单等开着时截图，智能选区不跟随鼠标的问题。
修复部分电脑上剪贴板齿轮菜单里的子菜单，鼠标一移过去就消失的问题。
修复剪贴板右下角的齿轮菜单打开时，Enter、Esc 和直选键会落到剪贴板列表上的问题。

Screen recording now supports MP4: it records H.264 video directly, with adjustable frame rate and bitrate, pause/resume, and optional system audio and mouse pointer (thanks to @LowValueTarget777 for this contribution).

Long screenshots now watch the picture for changes instead of listening for the scroll wheel, so dragging the window, the scroll bar or the content, and paging with the keyboard, all work; the "Take screenshot manually" button and the "Capture wait time after scroll" setting have been removed.
Improvements
The screenshot toolbar and tool panels have a new style.
GIF export uses parallel quantization and tolerance-based frame differencing, so it is faster.
New setting "OCR Result Window Position": center of the capture's display, center of the primary display, beside the capture area, near the cursor, or the last position.
Special Paste in the clipboard gains "Remove All Whitespace".
Fixes
Fixed content that finishes loading after a long screenshot stops scrolling not being added to the image.
Fixed settings export and import leaving out the screenshot toolbar's button visibility and order.
Fixed smart selection not following the mouse when a screenshot starts while the tray menu, a pin's context menu or another menu is open.
Fixed submenus in the clipboard's gear menu disappearing as soon as the mouse moves onto them on some PCs.
Fixed Enter, Esc and the direct-select keys reaching the clipboard list while the gear menu in its bottom-right corner is open.
