新增轻量版
完整版 jietuba_pp：带 oneocr 和 PP-OCR 引擎和模型，任何 Windows 都能识别文字。可以切换OCR模型
轻量版 jietuba_lite：体积更小，调用 Windows 11 工具自带的 oneocr模型，识别更快、支持的语言更多。
但系统截图工具低于 11.2308版本（2023年初）的话，会无法识别文字，其他功能没问题。假如发现没办法用文字识别，就换完整版就行
新功能
1.长截图新增自动滚动，点一下就自动往下滚，动一下鼠标就停。可以往上越过起点继续拼，也可以裁掉顶部或底部。
2.在「关于」页检查到新版本后可以一键更新，下载完自动重启（感谢 @LowValueTarget777 贡献）。
3.剪贴板支持多选后按顺序合并粘贴，也可以批量操作。
改进
长截图改为后台拼接，滚动时界面不再卡顿，内存占用更低。
长截图工具栏改版并显示长图尺寸，预览框出最新一帧，接不上时会提示原因。
长截图在资源管理器等列表里拼得更准，不再错位或重复。
对话框只锁住它所属的窗口，不再挡住截图。
全局鼠标快捷键和 Win+V 接管可以在远程控制软件里使用。
Excel 公式可以正确保留和粘贴
修复
修复长截图保存的文件名与界面语言不一致的问题，以及其他几处没有翻译的界面文字。
修复向上滚动的长截图超过一定长度后丢失内容的问题。
修复长截图里混进截图框阴影、圆角、悬停高亮或滚动动画残影的问题。
修复新开 Excel 后第一次复制没有记进剪贴板历史的问题。
修复部分只含图片的复制在剪贴板历史里显示成格式名、没有预览的问题。
New Lite Edition
Full jietuba_pp: includes the oneocr and PP-OCR engines and models, so text recognition works on any Windows. You can switch between the OCR engines.
Lite jietuba_lite: smaller, and uses the oneocr model built into the Windows 11 Snipping Tool, which is faster and reads more languages. It does not work on Windows 10.

Long screenshots can scroll automatically: click once to scroll down, and move the mouse to stop. They can also keep growing upward past the starting point, and the top or bottom can be cropped.

When Check for Updates on the About page finds a new version, you can update with one click and the app restarts automatically (thanks to @LowValueTarget777 for this contribution).

The clipboard supports selecting several items and pasting them merged in order, as well as batch operations.
Improvements
Long screenshots are stitched in the background, so the UI no longer stutters while scrolling and memory use is lower.
The long screenshot toolbar is redesigned and shows the image size; the preview outlines the latest frame and explains why a frame could not be joined.
Long screenshots of lists such as File Explorer are stitched more accurately, without misaligned or repeated rows.
Dialogs now block only the window they belong to and no longer get in the way of screenshots.
Global mouse shortcuts and the Win+V takeover work through remote-control software.
Excel formulas are kept and pasted correctly.
Fixes
Fixed long screenshot file names not matching the UI language, along with several other untranslated texts.
Fixed content being lost when an upward long screenshot grew beyond a certain length.
Fixed the capture frame's shadow and corners, hover highlights, or scroll-animation remnants showing up in long screenshots.
Fixed the first copy after opening Excel not being recorded in the clipboard history.
Fixed some image-only copies showing a format name instead of a preview in the clipboard history.
