Leagues Cup - Added support for the Leagues Cup, the annual MLS vs. Liga MX club tournament, to the Americas region.

Config/cache directory resolution now uses cli-toolkit/dirs internally instead of hand-rolled logic; no change in behavior or config location.
Reddit goal-link retrieval — cooldown after a Reddit block now persists across app restarts and grows exponentially (with jitter) on repeated blocks, instead of resetting on restart and staying fixed at 10 minutes.
Reddit goal-link retrieval — goal searches get one retry with a relaxed query (scorer name dropped) when the first attempt finds no match.
