This release is a FALLBACK VERSION and should not be installed on any node unless explicitly required.
It is intended for use only if the upcoming Heimdall v1 to v2 migration fails on the mainnet network.
The migration is scheduled for Thursday, July 10th, 2025, between 2.00 PM and 5.00 PM UTC.
The mainnet chain will halt at height 24404500 to initiate the migration.
