- Incremental log indexing no longer re-reads whole log files: the full index records how far it read, incremental runs stream appended lines in batches under the indexing concurrency limit, and re-indexed files are cleared first, so memory stays bounded and documents are not duplicated by @0xJacky (7abea8b3)
- Saving settings with a partial request body keeps the fields and sections it leaves out instead of resetting them by @0xJacky (ec28806b)
