This patch release contains bug fixes backported from master. We'd like to thank all the contributors who made this happen 👍

• replaced FactoryGirl with FactoryBot - however, you can still safely use FactoryGirl and you don't need to change it in your projects if you don't want to (5bda05a)
• pg gem dependency set to ~> 0.18 because of compatibility issues with pg version >=1.0(2ff32c1)
• paperclip updated to 5.2.0 since older versions have security issues(bb96cc8)

• fixed: rescue DB exceptions in should_persist? method from Spree::Preferences::Store since it failed randomly on initialization (ad46ef4)
