• [Feature] Record consumer pauses and resumes. Assert them with karafka.pauses and karafka.resumes (#214).
• [Maintenance] Declare rake in the Gemfile. It came only through karafka-rdkafka, which will stop depending on it for precompiled platform gems.
• [Fix] Give each consumer in one test a batch of only its own messages. Several consumers no longer share one batch, and offsets count per consumer.
• [Fix] Stub pause and resume on the spec consumer client. Consumers that call #pause no longer fail with NoMethodError.
• [Fix] Make Minitest::Spec.include(Karafka::Testing::Minitest::Helpers) work. Specs no longer fail with ArgumentError: wrong number of arguments.
• [Fix] Make producing in a test safe from many threads. On JRuby, messages produced from 2+ threads at once were lost or got duplicate offsets.
