The docs generation process for Swift PM has changed with Swift 6.4 because of changes to SPM's build system. It's now likely that the module being documented will be fully built as part of docs generation, just like Xcode projects.
This is likely to be the last release of Jazzy that includes a macOS sourcekitten binary that supports Intel architecture.
This is likely to be the last release of Jazzy that supports the CocoaPods docs generation method: as CocoaPods is end of life its frozen Ruby dependencies are increasingly hard to maintain.
