Recommend YAML 0.35 instead of 0.30.

Don't die during 'Build disttest' if YAML isn't installed. This
fixes tests 5-10 in runthrough.t if YAML isn't installed.

Die if an unknown license type is used, but still default to
'unknown' if no license is specified.

Use YAML::DumpFile() if we're using a recent YAML,
YAML::StoreFile() otherwise.

Show specific error messages in runthrough.t.

Add a generated_by entry to the META.yaml file.

Skip a few tests if YAML isn't installed.
