Don't eventually try to guess the century.

Introduce and use a class for common test routines.

Test compile-time loading of Test.pm.

Rename the misnamed 'hour' metadata option to 'hours'.

_daytime() does not use the 'hours' metadata option when
it is set and hence remove such existing entries.

For base methods which use the 'hours' metadata option,
assume a zero when no value is provided.
