Don't send "focus tiling" if there are no tiling containers.

Send "focus tiling" before running commands that might need it.

Restructure to reduce ignoring events we shouldn't.

Stop losing containers off to the sides when a workspace empties.

When ensuring that hiding containers doesn't change which workspace
'workspace back_and_forth' will switch to,

• stop inadvertedly emptying workspaces; and
  
• make sure we don't just send "workspace N" twice and thus do nothing.
  

'fresh-workspace': Fix recording last focused workspace in one branch.

'bury-column', 'bury-workspace': When fixing 'workspace back_and_forth',
don't change the workspace shown on another output, and fix a case where
we wouldn't actually fix 'workspace back_and_forth'.

'scroll left|right': Make scrolling actually a no-op when the only
column to be pulled on is wide.

i3 compat: Fix unfloating previously hidden containers on startup.

Ask swaybar/i3bar not to send us SIGSTOP and SIGCONT.

Explicitly check for EOF on i3status output pipe.

Quit the i3status output filtering loop on EOF or parse error.

Fix some other issues with the normalisation algorithm.

Add some other checks.

Fix handling exceptions when AnyEvent's libev backend is in use.

Other internal changes.
