There were some concerning changes in the game's internal anti-cheat mechanisms ( #33 ). There is an increased (although still low) risk of a new ban wave.

Also, v1.5.0 introduced heavily obfuscated mhypbase.dll, which might cause significant performance issues. I would not recommend deleting/renaming it, as that can potentially get you banned.

Edit: fortunately, there was no new ban wave.
