• provide --with-dsync-hooks=yes switch to fail if no suitable Dovecot detected to help package maintainers

Packaging:

• provide packages for Debian 13 Trixie and Ubuntu 26.04 Resolute Raccoon built against Dovecot as provided by these distributions
• provide packages for the 2.4.5 Dovecot CE packages
• provide package for Ubuntu 26.04 Resolute Raccoon built against Dovecot CE packages now that Dovecot provides those

Test-Suite:

• allow alternative source for fetching git revision of Dovecot when using it for tests
