Replicator:

• fix for mail_replica not set blocking all available replicator slots, thanks to @corbosman for reporting this

Test-Suite:

• Limit disabled tests for mail_replica further to Dovecot version 2.4.3
• support for testing against a git revision of Dovecot, defaulting to HEAD, but any other revision using WORMHOLE_VGIT environment variable.
• made Dovecot version to check against configurable via configure option.
