• Updated to Phoenix 2026.02.23.1.
• Disabled shared memory and atomics for JavaScript/WebAssembly](https://codeberg.org/celenity/Dove/commit/0d059c66fdcb6d67140c7f4189b0661fc6127846) by default, as Phoenix re-enabled it upstream due to issues with Firefox Translations (which don't apply to us).
• Fixes and improvements to Dove's build system, including fixes to improve compatibility for Nix users.
• Other minor tweaks and fixes.
