Changelog:

• Finished up i18n support
• Add de_DE translation
• Hide various settings if the host prime tool does not support them
• Added distribution check to better determine what prime tool to search for
• bbswitch check is now only done in integrated mode because in all other modes it is not loaded
• If the user chooses nvidia mode and is on Wayland a notice is displayed to switch to X11 for it to do anything
• Bug fixes
• QOL improvements
