New Connectors

• Sportarr support - Sports PVR for usenet and torrents. Like Sonarr & Radarr but for sports events. (!210) thx @sportarr

Fixes

• IPv6 addresses now supported in general.address (!216)
• Lidarr: switched to artistName so some artists no longer come back with an empty label (!214)

CI / Build

• Release workflow trigger adjusted for Codeberg (!207)
• Fixed URL for the sticky-pull-request-comment action (!211)
