Hi, long time no see. This is a small release but that I believe important
- Some of you noticed non deterministic output in CVVDP, there was indeed an evil bug lurking. It is now fixed, expect your CVVDP scores to be a bit different and VRAM usage to increaese a little bit for it.
--svg path.svgin FFVship now creates a .svg graph of the resulting score, very convenient for vizualization without the need for an external script (especially for CVVDP making it tricky)
Known Issue:
Vulkan FFVship returns an absurd exit code on windows. However the application will run successfully. For that reason, I applied a temporary bad fix in the prebuilt windows version that does not destroy the vulkan instance. This seems to fix the bug (while validation layers do not complain). This fixes the crash and make return code normal.
/!\ Please, Avoid the HIP (amd) version of Vship, AMD is pushing drivers that break vship HIP. While it is faster, you risk getting wrong scores or even gpu driver crashing. I recommend using Vulkan as an alternative.
