Reversion of new feature
- MAJOR CHANGE: Picard reverts default compression back to five (#880, addresses #879). The previous release's change of default compression to one is now singular to release v2.10.4. The level is defined by the
COMPRESSION_LEVEL
argument. Note that the switch from JDK to Intel Inflator/Deflator in the previous release is still in effect. These can produce differently sized BAMs at equivalent compression levels and an example of this is given in #879.
